Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Each piece is handcrafted to orders and made just for you! You place an order, and we hand make your jewelry here in New Orleans. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to be made before shipment.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. Please make sure you provide the correct address when checking out. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

International Shipping:

Bayou Bijoux is a United States based company. When an international order is placed through USPS, please note once the parcel leaves the United States it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information.

Returns:

Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.


Our jewelry is delicate and fragile. Every item is checked over thoroughly before shipping to make sure it is in a high quality. We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults (up to one month from delivery date) or any jewelry that was damaged through the shipping process.

Please email bybayoubijoux@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery date of an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options. We do not give full refunds for damaged jewelry, but will be happy to fix and cover the shipping expenses free of cost. 

*Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted, and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading. Please follow our care guide above for long lasting jewelry.
